FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Business Litigation Associate in our Houston office. Responsibilities include:

- Written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions

- Mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations

- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills

- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications include:

- 5-7 years of litigation experience

- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions

- Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations

- Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills

- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Willingness to reside and serve the Houston, Texas market
