Associate Attorney

Job Description:
Job Summary: We are a civil litigation law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. As a member of the litigation team, you will handle all phases of civil litigation and interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
Responsibilities:

• take and defend party and witness depositions
• take and defend expert depositions
• prepare substantive motions
• argue motions
• attend hearings
• draft discovery responses
• attend bench trials
• attend jury trials
• handle and assist with appeals

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree
• Juris Doctor
• Admission to the Georgia Bar
• Some litigation experience
• Legal Research & Writing skills
• Legal Document Preparation skills and experience
