Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior-level attorney to join our Real Estate practice group, with a particular emphasis on land use and zoning matters. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive legal counsel, handling complex land use and zoning matters, conducting research and analysis, drafting contracts, representing clients in administrative hearings, and staying current on real estate laws and regulations. Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, admission to the New York Bar, 4+ years of experience practicing real estate law with a focus on land use and zoning, demonstrated expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
