Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IP litigation attorney with a strong background in life sciences patent litigation. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in U.S. District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, excellent writing skills, and a high level of academic achievement from a law school institution. Key responsibilities include conducting research, drafting pleadings, participating in discovery, and actively developing case strategy. The annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000.
