Job Description:
We seek a Workers Compensation Deposition Attorney to support our expanding practice. Key Responsibilities: Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials Take and defend depositions Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks Qualifications: No prior Workers Compensation experience required (training provided) Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
