As an Attorney, you will represent clients in state, municipal, and federal courts; manage cases through all phases of litigation and appeals; and work closely with clients, colleagues, and courts to navigate legal issues with clarity, professionalism, and care. Key Requirements: Juris Doctorate degree, Admission to the Bar in one or more states or jurisdictions as necessary for the specific role and practice area, Notary Public preferred, Prior work experience as a law clerk or intern in a legal environment preferred. Responsibilities: Represent clients; manage cases; negotiate settlements; advise clients on business transactions; prepare and draft legal documents.
