Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice. The successful candidate will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial prep and trial. Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of cases, drafting and filing of litigation documents, guiding clients through the case process, interacting with expert witnesses, and attending depositions and court appearances. Requirements include a law degree from an accredited institution, membership in good standing with the State Bar Association, ability to manage high-volume cases, excellent client service skills, self-starting attitude, superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
