Associate Attorney

Job Description:

As an Associate Attorney at McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLP, you will be responsible for providing legal services to clients in the foreclosure and title clearance process. Key responsibilities include reviewing title examinations, identifying title issues, and making recommendations to cure them; executing recommendations by curing simple and complex title issues; and communicating effectively with insurers and other outside parties.

You will also create, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, and other documents; develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members; and update internal and external case management systems. This is a hybrid remote position that may require some in-person training.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, an active Georgia Law License, and minimum 2 years of related real estate experience. You must be licensed in the State of Georgia and have knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws. Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with case management software are also required.
