Senior Associate - Trial and Defense (Labor and Employment) Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a labor and employment senior associate attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join our trial and defense practice. Key Responsibilities include managing a caseload, actively investigating claims, drafting and responding to discovery, reviewing and analyzing documents for production, conducting legal research using Westlaw, taking and defending depositions, drafting and submitting pleadings and motion, attending hearings and arguing motions, preparing cases for mediation/trial, and actively reporting to clients. Essential Skills & Experience include labor and employment litigation experience, excellent academic credentials, admission to the bar in California, extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, exceptional legal writing and communication skills, effective oral advocacy, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
