Job Description:
Support the litigation teams in our Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement (SAGE) group. Work on leanly staffed teams to develop case strategy, drive fact development efforts, draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents, and some discovery. Opportunities exist for those who build client confidence. Key skills include strong research skills, drafting motions, briefs, and discovery documents, driving discovery tasks, case and project management, prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
