Senior Litigation Counsel - Casualty

Job Description:

A Senior Litigation Counsel will defend clients in General Liability/Casualty matters, handling premises liability, transportation accidents, construction site accidents, product liability, and more. Responsibilities include trial work, appellate work, mediations, depositions, pre-trial investigation, and pleadings.

Requirements: J.D. from Accredited Law School, 5+ years of experience litigating employment liability claims in New York State and Federal courts. Skills required include excellent advocacy, negotiation, critical thinking, and customer service skills.

The position offers a base pay range of $131,000 to $220,000 and is eligible for an annual incentive program. Chubb provides a comprehensive benefits package.
