Job Description:
Seeking an experienced labor and employment attorney with 3+ years of experience in counseling employers on workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, leave laws, disability accommodation, discrimination and retaliation avoidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, Oregon State Bar membership, and experience with labor negotiations. Advise HR professionals, manage day-to-day employment matters, provide legal guidance in fast-paced situations, and collaborate with attorneys on labor and employment issues.
