Insurance Coverage Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our growing practice. Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients. Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda. Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation. Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations. Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients. Admitted to practice in California. Will consider other bar admissions for seasoned candidates with extensive coverage experience. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Effective problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
