Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Matrimonial Associate to join our team in Garden City, NY. Responsibilities include handling divorce and family law cases from inception through completion, drafting motions and cross motions, researching effectively, conducting and defending depositions, and managing case deadlines. Required qualifications include proficiency in New York and federal civil and appellate procedures, experience in litigations, ability to work well under pressure, impeccable attention to detail, demonstrated excellence in research, writing, and legal analysis, and comfort working with clients dealing with highly stressful situations. Ideal candidate will have 3-12 years of experience in multiple phases of litigation, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
