Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a commercial transactional attorney to join our Real Estate section. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and coordinating closings. Key skills: 3+ years of experience with transactional commercial real estate, excellent legal research and writing skills, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to manage time and resources effectively. Education Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Admission to at least one state bar in the relevant jurisdiction and the ability to seek admission in Tennessee. This role is based in our Chattanooga, TN office. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to be considered. We expect a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work with a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing team.
