Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Foreclosure/Title Attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience with foreclosure matters, including title review, title curative work, and resolution of title issues related to default properties while ensuring compliance with North Carolina foreclosure laws and procedures. Key responsibilities include second reviewing title reports, analyzing and resolving title issues, performing title curative work, maintaining accurate case management, and meeting strict deadlines in a high-volume environment. The position requires a Juris Doctorate, 3+ years of experience preferred, and membership in good standing of the North Carolina State Bar.
