Job Description:
We seek a mid-level associate to join our real estate practice in Miami. Ideal candidates have 3-6 years of experience, preferably from a large law firm. Key responsibilities include advising clients on commercial and corporate transactions, managing matters, and interacting with clients. Strong drafting skills, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and be able to supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. A resume and law school transcript are mandatory for application.
