Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced associate to join our privacy and cyber practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data privacy and security law, with expertise in US federal and state privacy and security laws, the European and UK General Data Protection Regulations, or other global regimes. Key responsibilities include counseling clients on implementing privacy programs and creating compliant processes, products, and services, as well as defending companies facing high-profile regulatory enforcement matters and lawsuits. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong aptitude for technology.
