State and Local Tax Associate

Job Description:
We seek a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. Key responsibilities include case management, legal research and analysis, document drafting, client communication, negotiation and advocacy, collaboration, compliance and ethics, financial responsibility, and continuous learning. Requirements include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, 3-5 years of experience practicing Pennsylvania state and local tax law, demonstrated experience with sales and use tax matters in Pennsylvania, admission to practice law in Pennsylvania, strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment.
