Job Description:
Dentons US LLP seeks a high-performing Real Estate Counsel to join their nationally recognized practice. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience, including substantial build-to-suit leasing and land acquisitions. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leading due diligence, and coordinating closings. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are required. The successful candidate will represent developers, owners, investors, REITs, lenders, and corporate occupiers in complex transactions across asset classes.
