Join Greenberg TraurignnAs a Corporate Capital Markets associate in our Miami office, you will work with clients from various industries to handle U.S. and cross-border transactions, including initial public offerings, high yield, and investment-grade debt offerings. You will represent clients as underwriters, financial institutions, venture capital funds, hedge funds, broker-dealers, investment companies, and private investment firms in all aspects of U.S. and cross-border securities offerings.nnResponsibilities:nn- Handle various types of capital markets transactionsn- Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutionsn- Represent clients as underwriters, financial institutions, venture capital funds, hedge funds, broker-dealers, investment companies, and private investment firmsn- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersnnRequirements:nn- 2-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on Capital Marketsn- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a teamn- Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environmentn- Well-versed in the mechanics of leading Capital Market transactionsn- Experience leading due diligence teams and general corporate and corporate governance experiencen- Ability to work effectively with clients from various industries across the countryn- Strong academic credentials and writing skillsn- Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar
