Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated attorney with 2-6 years of civil litigation experience. Key requirements include: * Active member of the California State Bar * Experience in Employment and Labor Law preferred * Ability to manage cases concurrently, work independently, and function well as part of a legal team * Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and research skills * Commitment to client service and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Responsibilities include: * Court appearances and trial preparation * Organizing case information and responding to written discovery * Law and motion drafting and meeting clients * Taking and defending depositions The position offers a competitive salary ($145,000-$210,000) and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
