Labor and Employment Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a benefits-eligible attorney with an expected billable hour goal of 1400-1800 hours, you will have at least three years of employment litigation and counseling experience.

Responsibilities include running and managing cases, communicating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and advising clients directly.

Experience with traditional labor and labor management relations is a plus. Licensure in the jurisdiction of the home office is required, and Virginia bar membership is preferred but will be obtained within one year of commencing employment.
