We seek a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. As an essential part of our Workers' Compensation Defense legal services, you will provide comprehensive defense solutions to California employers. Key responsibilities include: - Representing clients in workers' compensation cases - Analyzing and interpreting complex laws and regulations - Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies - Maintaining accurate case files and managing deadlines - Providing exceptional client service and communication Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software - Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and through speech - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases from referral to resolution Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year.
