Senior Trademark Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Trademark Attorney with 16 years of experience in intellectual property law. Responsibilities include advising clients on trademark protection, prosecuting U.S. trademark applications, and enforcing anti-counterfeiting measures. Requirements: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, strong academic credentials, excellent technical skills, ability to work collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients on trademark protection and perform clearance searches. - Prosecute U.S. trademark applications and manage oppositions. - Coordinate global trademark portfolio coverage with foreign associates. - Draft license and transactional agreements. - Send and respond to cease and desist letters. - Collaborate with M&A team on trademark diligence. - Appear before U.S. federal courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. - Strong academic credentials. - Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas.
