We seek an experienced litigation attorney with a strong track record in insurance coverage to join our Hammond, IN office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and be able to manage their own caseload. Responsibilities include attending court hearings, monitoring case files, researching law sources, and assisting with document review. Key qualifications include good standing with the Indiana bar, strong research and analytical skills, deposition experience, and a strong ability to provide writing samples.
