Job Description:

A skilled Attorney will represent clients in state, municipal, and federal courts, manage cases through all phases of litigation and appeals, and work closely with clients, colleagues, and courts to deliver thoughtful and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities include representing the enterprise and client organizations in court, overseeing legal assistants and paralegals, handling discovery, managing assigned cases, and working directly with clients to determine case strategy.

The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree, admission to the Bar in one or more states or jurisdictions as necessary for the specific role and practice area, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Key qualifications include notary public status, prior work experience as a law clerk or intern in a legal environment preferred, strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills, demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products, and ability to travel as needed.
