Bankruptcy Senior Attorney

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Senior Attorney with 5-7 years of experience in representing business debtors, creditors, landlords, and supply chain parties. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with the bankruptcy code, uniform commercial code, and commercial transactions. Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills are required, along with solid academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school. Key responsibilities include detail-oriented work, organization, and a solid work ethic. The firm offers competitive salary range of $190,000 - $220,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
