Associate Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Walnut Creek, California office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing complex insurance policies and handling coverage-related disputes. Key responsibilities include handling all phases of insurance coverage analysis and related civil litigation in state and federal court, drafting coverage opinions, and providing strategic legal advice to insurance company clients. Qualifications include an active California bar license, juris doctor from an accredited law school, and at least 4 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be skilled in legal research and analysis, and have superb administrative and organizational skills.
