We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to handle complex legal matters, advise clients, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior attorneys, conducting in-depth legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court hearings, trials, and negotiations. Requirements include a Juris Doctor degree, active NJ state bar membership, experience in commercial litigation, excellent communication skills, strong legal research and courtroom skills.
