Regulatory Health Care Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a Virginia licensed attorney with 5-10 years’ experience in regulatory/administrative law to join our health care administrative practice. The ideal candidate will have some portable work in the health care regulatory or compliance fields, such as reimbursement, licensure, CMS appeals, and fraud and abuse matters. We are open to exceptional candidates with existing books of business in related administrative practice areas.

Responsibilities:
- Represent health care providers in medical malpractice litigation, appeals, government investigations, criminal matters, licensing disputes, audits, regulatory investigations, and administrative hearings.
- Defend clients against healthcare-related allegations and provide expert advice on compliance and regulatory issues.
