Job Description:
Join Buchalter as a Real Estate Transactional Associate supporting the Los Angeles Office's Community Development Finance Practice Group. Requirements: - Solid recent real estate transactional experience with experience in real estate lending and/or joint venture financing. - Strong writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and licensure to practice in California. - Experience drafting senior loan documents, reviewing title commitments, and surveying paralegal titles. - Familiarity with tax credits programs including low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, new markets tax credits, energy tax credits, and other state and federal programs.
