Insurance Coverage Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our growing practice in California. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients. * Conduct legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda. * Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation. * Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties. * Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations. * Take a proactive role in managing matters, deadlines, and communication with clients. Requirements: * Admitted to practice in California. Will consider other bar admissions for seasoned candidates with extensive coverage experience. * Experience in insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation or a commercial litigation background with an interest in insurance coverage work. * Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters. * Effective problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
