Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced International Trade Associate to join our Special Litigation, Investigations, and Compliance practice group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising clients on international trade matters, including export controls, economic sanctions, and customs compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Experience with U.S. export controls

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with trade remedy matters

- Government investigations and enforcement defense

- Compliance program development, audits, and internal investigations

The successful candidate will possess strong academic credentials, excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

This is a full-time, partnership-track position with an annual compensation range of $199,000 – $310,000.
