We seek a Life Science Patent Attorney at the Partner level, with technical expertise in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or biotechnology. Key Responsibilities: Patent Prosecution: Manage portable client portfolios, file and prosecute patent applications, and demonstrate high-quality deliverables. Client & Inventor Collaboration: Interact with clients to understand their technologies and provide strategic advice. Business Development: Contribute to the firm's business development efforts and build a collaborative team culture. Team Development & Mentorship: Provide mentorship to junior practitioners and support pipeline planning efforts. Budget & Time Management: Manage client budgets and maintain project timelines. Continuous Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry developments and legal trends in patent law. Job Requirements: Education: Advanced degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related life sciences field. Experience: 5-10 years of patent prosecution experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or biology sectors. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, legal analysis, problem-solving, time management, and adaptability.
