Labor and Employment Law Attorney seeks a seasoned attorney to advise employers on labor and employment matters. Key Responsibilities include representing clients in trials, advising on day-to-day issues, and providing strategic employment counseling. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in labor law, California Bar license, and strong litigation and advisory skills. The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach.

Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 annually. Location: Salinas, CA; Hollister, CA; Monterey, CA. Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person (Hybrid considered after introductory period).
