Litigation Attorney Advocate with Purpose, Lead with Impact. We seek an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team, focusing on commercial and residential property claim disputes. Responsibilities: * Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trial. * Collaborate with partners and the executive team to develop and refine litigation strategies across the firm. * Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, offering guidance, training, and feedback to enhance performance. * Strategically engage with clients, experts, and stakeholders to drive results and manage expectations. * Draft, review, and oversee high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. * Own timelines, manage case development, and uphold performance standards to ensure consistent excellence. * Contribute to thought leadership, firm growth, and continuous improvement in legal processes. Qualifications: * J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standing. * Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on bad faith insurance claims (both residential and commercial). * Proven record of success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloads. * Leadership mindset with a desire to mentor, inspire, and develop legal talent. * Exceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and courtroom advocacy skills. * Commitment to professional growth for yourself, your team, and clients. $120,000 yearly base salary + performance-based bonuses.
