Job Description:
Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Advocate zealously on behalf of clients. Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and other pre-trial matters. Develop case strategies and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Draft pleadings, briefs, appeals, and other litigation documents with precision and attention to detail. Requirements: * Bachelor s degree in a related field. * Juris Doctor (JD) from an American Bar Association accredited law school. * Licensed or able to become licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota. * Strong background in personal injury litigation with demonstrated trial experience preferred. * Ability to manage a full caseload independently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Analytical mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex legal issues. * Willingness to travel for court appearances within a multi-state region.
