Draft and review pleadings, motions, and documents in product liability litigation. Prepare written discovery and manage exchange with multiple parties. Develop case strategies, defenses, and trial themes. Conduct research on state and federal laws. Interview witnesses and corporate representatives for testimony. Argue motions and participate in court appearances. Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff. Meet annual billable hour expectations. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school, Massachusetts and California licensed, 0-3 years of litigation experience.
