Job Description:
We are seeking a 5th to 8th year associate to support our Nashville Office s Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have solid real estate transactional experience, including lending and/or joint venture financing.
Qualified candidates will have experience drafting senior loan documents and reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
Candidates must be licensed to practice in Tennessee and have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
