Bankruptcy Creditor Rights Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Title Attorney to oversee the legal aspects of Creditor Right Bankruptcy law, protecting our client creditor rights. The ideal candidate should have an understanding or willingness to learn of bankruptcy and curative plans with a proven track record as a successful Legal Counsel. Responsibilities include: - Providing sound legal advice to clients and managing the title department on title curative matters. - Monitoring compliance with Client Attorney Agreements. - Preparing comprehensive title reporting with resolution strategies. - Conducting research and analysis. - Maintaining detailed records in case management and client systems. Qualifications include: - Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam. - Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA). - Previous experience as a Legal Counsel. - Knowledge of real estate title. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
