Job Description:
Join our Financial Services group as a Financial Services Associate. We seek an associate with 3-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of federal securities laws. Key requirements include knowledge of the Investment Company Act and/or Investment Advisers Act, exchange traded-funds, interval funds, business development companies, global asset management regulation, broker-dealer, commodities, and digital assets work. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. Salary is $260,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.
