We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our team. Key responsibilities include evaluating potential claims, providing legal advice, and representing clients at mediations and trials. Requirements include a California State License, 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience, and a good understanding of personal injury law. Responsibilities: Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
Appear as legal counsel on the clients behalf at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation
Research case law and premises liability, and gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case
Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary Requirements: State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
A bachelor s degree and a J.D. degree is required
