Lobbying and Public Policy Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lobbying and Public Policy Associate to join our dynamic team in Trenton, New Jersey or Newark, New Jersey office. As an Associate, you will work closely with our attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups and nonprofits. Responsibilities include state rulemaking, departmental administrative, and legislative experience, as well as familiarity with NJU, NJDEP, NJDHS, NJDOT, NJ Department of Treasury, NJDOH, and NJEDA. You will also work collaboratively as part of a team, utilizing superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills. The salary range for this role is $185,000-$200,000, with opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leaves, sick and vacation time, well-being/EAP support, and a generous 401(k) retirement plan.
