Technology Transactions & Privacy Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an associate to join our cutting-edge Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, advising on intellectual property issues, supporting M&A and financing transactions, and advising start-ups on development and product launch issues.

Subject matter expertise required in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, artificial intelligence, blockchain, financial technologies, mobile applications, e-commerce, interactive entertainment, digital content, and hardware. Compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical insurance, personal leave, up to ten paid holidays, family care benefits.
