We seek an experienced International Trade Associate to join our firm in Special Litigation, Investigations, and Compliance practice group. The ideal candidate will advise on international trade, export controls, and economic sanctions matters. Key responsibilities include customs compliance, tariff classification, and trade preference programs. Requirements: - Significant experience advising clients on international trade matters - Experience with U.S. export controls under EAR and ITAR - Customs and import compliance expertise Preferred qualifications: - Trade remedy matter experience - Cross-border transactions and due diligence - Government investigations and enforcement defense The successful candidate will possess strong academic credentials, research, writing, and analytical skills. Annual compensation range: $199,000 - $310,000.
