Job Description:
We are seeking a 1st-3rd year General Corporate Attorney. Ideal candidates have experience representing high growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Requirements include working in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
