Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Wilmington office. The role involves litigating corporate and commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery, handling fiduciary duty claims, shareholder/LLC disputes, contract rescission, and dissolution actions. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of commercial/business litigation experience, prior Delaware Chancery Court experience, strong writing, deposition, and courtroom skills, and a Delaware Bar admission. Responsibilities include drafting complex motions and briefs, conducting and defending depositions, presenting oral arguments before Delaware courts, advising clients on corporate governance, and strategic dispute resolution.
