We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance Associate attorney to join our Global Financial Markets Group in New York. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school and significant experience advising lenders on cross-border asset finance transactions. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing complex financings, as well as working effectively in team-based matters.
