Litigation Attorney

Job Description:
A litigation attorney will manage a high-volume caseload of 100-200 special education claims, ensuring timely and effective handling. Key responsibilities include preparing for and/or litigating complex cases, navigating procedural requirements, documenting filings and agreements with accuracy, negotiating settlements, providing training to field staff and clinical staff, analyzing case law, gathering evidence, and evaluating settlement demands. The ideal candidate has a valid Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state, minimum 1+ years of recent litigation experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, proven caseload management skills, ability to log activities in 15-minute increments, remote work skills, schedule flexibility, and preferred administrative law, IEP/Special Education, government agency, public interest work, and settlement experience.
